This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not store the contact form. When you use the form or a WhatsApp button, your message goes directly to us through WhatsApp. We use cookie-free, privacy-friendly analytics that count page visits without identifying you.
Information you give us
When you book, we may ask for your name, phone number, email address and a short health questionnaire. We use this only to arrange your sessions and to make sure the treatment is suitable for you. We do not sell or share it with anyone else for marketing.
Keeping it safe
We keep your information only as long as we need it for your sessions and our records, and we protect it from unauthorised access.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@lumarevive.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
